EBP is using account aggregation to simplify accounting processes

EBP, a management software specialist, needed to help its customers speed up digitalization during the health crisis, especially as many were struggling with cash flow, daily accounting follow-up, and paper-based processes that were hard to access during lockdown. To address this, EBP turned to Powens and its banking aggregation technology, using the Bank product to support accounting automation.

With Powens, EBP launched EBP Synchro Banque to automatically collect banking data, automate accounting entries and bank reconciliation, and give users real-time visibility into cash positions without leaving the EBP interface. The result was less manual work and fewer errors for accountants and users, with 16,000 accounts synchronized and a faster, more efficient accounting process supported by Powens.
