Powell Software implemented Powell Teams to automate lifecycle management, enforce templates and governance rules, and provide an admin dashboard for visibility and control. The result was immediate and measurable: roughly €10,000 saved in year one, 581 Teams created in the first 11 months with 70 automatically deleted, faster lifecycle management (up to an 80% reduction in admin time), high user acceptance and a clear reduction in sprawl—delivering improved collaboration for departments and freeing IT from routine tasks.
