Sopra Steria, a European tech leader with 47,000 employees across nearly 30 countries, needed a connected, user-centered group intranet to inform and engage every subsidiary, centralize the employee experience, foster collective intelligence, and simplify multi-site governance. To meet these objectives they partnered with Powell Software, deploying Powell Intranet and Powell Manager on Microsoft 365 to build a comprehensive hub for work, company life, productivity and communities.

Powell Software implemented a scalable, M365-integrated intranet with 18 intranet portals and 300 SharePoint pages, centralized governance, easy-to-deploy templates and widgets, personalized content and optimized search. The rollout covered 100% of employees and delivered measurable impact: +87% social interactions, 77% adoption (2x vs legacy intranet), -85% time to deploy a site collection, and an 8/10 recommendation score.
