Powell Software’s Powell Intranet was deployed as part of Silva’s ST21 transformation, integrating Office 365, a business blog, performance dashboard and links to new customer portals and asset tools. SORCE enhanced site search, making information quick to find and delivering time and cost savings; employees—including remote staff—now share news and feedback organization‑wide, boosting engagement and efficiency. The program supports Silva’s goal to move 80% of customer‑initiated transactions online for its 7,400 homes by 2021.
