How Afm Téléthon Connected Employees And Volunteers Through The Digital Workplace

AFM-Telethon, the French Muscular Dystrophy Association, needed to bring a few hundred employees and volunteers into a single, easy-to-use digital workplace. Although the association already used Microsoft 365, low adoption and fragmented tools made communication and collaboration difficult, so AFM-Telethon turned to Powell Software to complement Office 365 with a user-focused intranet and Teams solutions.

Powell Software built the "Synergy" intranet using Powell Intranet to centralize SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer and other Office 365 features, and deployed Powell Teams to simplify governance, templates and navigation. The result was faster adoption and smoother collaboration—monthly intranet connections rose from about 900–1,000 to 1,300–1,500 during the COVID-19 period—while administrators saved time through templated team creation and clearer management provided by Powell Software.
