Techfly’s client, an Australian Primary Health Network (PHN) supporting just over 100 agents across urban, regional and rural areas, needed to replace a document‑only intranet and support a shift to hybrid working with hot‑desking. To meet this challenge they selected Powell Software’s Powell Intranet and the Flex Desk hot‑desking widget to centralize communications, processes and booking capabilities.
Powell Software implemented Powell Intranet with Flex Desk (deployed and configured by Techfly), allowing staff to view floor plans and book desks — and later parking — from laptop or mobile. The solution centralized knowledge management, enabled the PHN’s hybrid policy, improved desk and parking utilization across the organization and simplified reservations for 100+ agents, demonstrating tangible gains in resource sharing and workplace flexibility.
