GCC, a top 10 construction company in France, faced challenges in communicating and collaborating across its 50 operational entities and nearly 2,580 employees, including field workers. Their outdated intranet was expensive and lacked autonomy. Partnering with Powell Software, GCC sought to modernize its business processes and improve internal communication by leveraging Microsoft 365 with a new digital workplace solution.

Powell Software implemented Powell Intranet to create a customized digital workplace that reflected GCC’s structure. The solution included a central group portal and autonomous private portals for entities and construction sites, integrated with Microsoft Teams and a mobile app. This led to an 86% adoption rate of the intranet portals and streamlined, automated processes. GCC rated the solution 8/10 and plans to expand it across its other divisions.
