Circet builds closer working relationships, culls deeper data insights with Teams solution created with Microsoft Graph

Circet, a leading network service provider in Europe and Northern Africa with more than €2 billion in revenue and 15,000+ employees, needed a fast, governed way to connect frontline and field workers with central leadership as remote work surged in 2020. To ensure quick adoption and a simple user experience for Microsoft Teams, Circet engaged Powell Software and deployed Powell Teams (created with Microsoft Graph) to provide structure, governance, and role-based templates.

Powell Software implemented Powell Teams with Microsoft Graph–powered templates, role-specific dashboards, and automated provisioning (using the Powell Teams Connector for Power Automate), plus integrations with Azure AD and Outlook for identity, scheduling and a “Virtual Coffee Machine.” Since the mid-2020 rollout, about half of Circet’s employees have joined 20–30 Teams channels, new hires are auto-enrolled in onboarding channels, and the company reports faster, standardized collaboration across international centers — delivering quicker deployment, stronger governance, and measurable productivity gains from the Powell Software solution.
