How Glow Recipe Created a VIP Experience Using SMS

Glow Recipe, the clean, fruit-forward skincare brand, needed to build an SMS channel from scratch to create a VIP, first-access experience around new product launches. They selected Postscript (including Postscript Plus strategic support) to move beyond email, focus on rapid list growth, and launch basic automations while keeping messages highly relevant to subscribers.

Using Postscript, Glow Recipe deployed pop-up opt-ins, Keyword reply campaigns, targeted segments and automations (notably a Browse Abandonment flow and a personalized welcome series) to tailor messaging by skin concern and behavior. The results: roughly 2,500 new subscribers per month (16K opt-ins from the site popup), a 28% CTR on browse-abandonment prospect messages, an 18.6% conversion rate on the Browse Abandonment automation, and a 19% sales lift during a major launch—Postscript-powered SMS even helped a new SKU outperform last year’s Black Friday.
