PostProcess implemented their automated RADOR surface finishing solution, which utilizes software-driven agitation to consistently achieve precise surface roughness. The RADOR predictably reduced the average roughness (Ra) of parts from 6.5µm to 1.6µm, a significant improvement over manual methods. This eliminated the need for a separate deburring step, reducing manual labor from over an hour per part to almost negligible time and cutting a potential 1-4 day delay from their production schedule, allowing Lillbacka to scale its operations efficiently.
