Their Tucson facility relied on labor-intensive manual methods using isopropyl alcohol (IPA), which led to production delays, inconsistent part quality, and a hazardous work environment. To address these challenges, they partnered with PostProcess Technologies.

PostProcess implemented their DEMI 4100 and DEMI 830 automated resin removal systems along with PLM-403-SUB detergent. This solution drastically reduced the total post-processing time by 60%, cutting a previous 120-minute job down to just 45 minutes.
