Promix, a health and fitness supplements brand, wanted to strengthen brand recognition and reconnect with customers who weren’t responding to email or digital ads. The company was looking for a higher-touch way to reach VIP customers and create a more memorable offline presence, and turned to PostPilot’s direct mail postcard service for help.
PostPilot implemented automated postcard campaigns for Promix, starting with a VIP winback offer sent to high-value customers who hadn’t ordered in 180 days. The initial campaign sent 770 postcards at a cost of $377 and generated $4,300 in sales for a 1,143% ROI, while a second “Running Low” campaign went on to produce $47,300 in sales across 1,918 cards.
