Oh!mino Uses Postcards to Get 60% of Customers Coming Back

Oh!mino, a health and fitness supplements brand founded by Michael Maynard, faced intense competition in DTC performance nutrition and needed a better way to keep high-cost acquired customers coming back. Despite strong products, branding, and paid acquisition, the company was looking for a more effective retention strategy to improve repeat purchases and subscription growth.

PostPilot helped Oh!mino launch automated direct mail postcard campaigns through its Shopify integration, starting with 90-day and 120-day winback flows and later adding a 25-day post-purchase campaign and subscription offers. The results were strong: the brand reported 3x to 4x ROAS on winback mailers, an 11.5 ROAS on the post-purchase campaign, and an increase in repeat-customer revenue from 26% of Shopify business in June 2020 to 63% today.
