PostPilot helped Lo & Sons run targeted postcard campaigns to two high-intent segments, each featuring the products those shoppers were most likely to buy next. The results were strong: Waverley 2 one-time buyers repurchased the same bag 56% of the time, laptop bag buyers purchased a crossbody bag 64% of the time, and the campaigns generated 7x+ ROI and 10x ROI, respectively.
