To do that, the team turned to PostPilot’s direct mail platform to support retention, re-engage warm leads, and expand into prospecting beyond digital channels.
With PostPilot, Kindred Bravely launched automated winback and one-off retention campaigns, holiday retargeting via MailMatch, and prospecting programs powered by AcquisitionAI, including shared mail and lookalike postcards. The results were strong across the funnel: the shared mail campaign delivered 5x+ ROAS, the lookalike campaign produced 3.07x ROAS, MailMatch reached 10.4x ROAS, and retention campaigns consistently exceeded 10x ROAS with 5%+ CVR.
