Gozney, the home and garden pizza oven brand, needed an affordable, reliable way to keep its high-ticket products top-of-mind and improve email/SMS nurturing during a long consideration period. To solve that challenge, Gozney partnered with PostPilot and began using direct mail, including Cardalogs and the SiteMatch™ product to reach and identify anonymous website visitors for acquisition.
With PostPilot, Gozney launched nearly three dozen campaigns across retention and acquisition, and SiteMatch helped match 20–40% of anonymous site traffic to physical addresses. The result was $116K in revenue from 151 orders at a 16x ROAS, showing that PostPilot helped Gozney turn previously unreachable visitors into measurable incremental sales.
