Gozney, the pizza oven brand, worked with PostPilot to strengthen its UK Black Friday/Cyber Monday marketing. Their challenge was cutting through inbox noise and expensive digital ads to re-engage shoppers and keep customers buying again after their initial purchase, especially as engagement naturally dropped over time.
PostPilot helped Gozney run four postcard campaigns in Q4, including checkout-abandonment retargeting for UK almost-buyers and retention mailers with cross-sells and upsells for past customers. The results were strong: all of Gozney’s UK BFCM direct mail campaigns drove over 10x ROI, and three exceeded 15x ROI, proving PostPilot’s direct mail program was a highly effective and profitable channel.
