Proposify, led by CEO Kyle Racki, is a proposal-management platform that depends on email for user verification, team invites, notifications, and sending time-sensitive proposals. After recurring delivery failures and delays with their previous provider harmed customer trust and productivity, Proposify switched in June 2015 to Postmark and began using Postmark’s transactional email services (Delivery and Open Tracking).
