Enflow, a Dutch company led by Michel and his team, needed a reliable email delivery partner after their previous provider began struggling to deliver messages to Outlook users in the Netherlands. The delivery issues were creating support requests and risking disruption across their clients, so Enflow turned to Postmark for a more stable solution.

Postmark made the migration easier than expected, and Enflow moved all of its clients onto Postmark servers with flexible user permissions so clients could view their own sending results. Since switching to Postmark, messages have been delivered successfully again, Enflow has had no further Outlook sending problems, and support requests caused by poor email delivery have dropped significantly.
