DriveWealth is a financial technology firm that helps banks, fintechs, and global brands build investment experiences, but as a registered broker it must send legally required regulatory and financial audit emails to millions of customers a few times a year. Because these messages are infrequent, high-volume, and often sent to people who don’t regularly hear from DriveWealth, delivering them reliably had become a major challenge, especially since they needed to avoid deliverability issues and compliance problems.

Using Postmark and its Broadcast Message Streams, DriveWealth separated regulatory emails from transactional traffic, sent messages with Templates and the Batch API, and worked with Postmark on a delivery schedule to spread volume over several days. With Postmark’s support and infrastructure, DriveWealth achieved a 99.2% delivery rate, extremely low bounce and complaint rates, and a much smoother compliance email process.
