In April 2011 they adopted Postmark, using Postmark’s PHP library and its Delivery/Inbound email services to quickly integrate reliable message sending and diagnostics.

Postmark’s easy implementation and activity page gave BillQ immediate delivery visibility and bounce tracking, so the team now knows about problems before customers report them. As a result, Postmark helped BillQ restore reliable reminders, cut down on missed emails and reduce related support issues by surfacing delivery failures proactively.
