TRR, a Swedish non-profit foundation that helps white collar employees with career transition and skills development, needed a better way to support API testing across its backend, frontend, and SAP teams. With its previous testing tool, developer onboarding was difficult, integration tests were hard to maintain, duplicate authentication calls added overhead, and the CI/CD workflow lacked efficient third-party integration.

TRR chose Postman Enterprise and migrated its entire testing suite to Postman over eight months. Using Postman Global variables, the Package Library, workspaces, Postman Monitors, and the Postman CLI with Azure DevOps, TRR reduced deployment gate duration by 10x, cut API test executions from 15 million to 10 million, and saved about 1,000 minutes per day across 20 backend pipelines; test execution time also dropped from 5 minutes to 30 seconds.
