Facing strict HIPAA and confidentiality requirements, frequent API updates, and a cumbersome Jenkins-based build process, Sikka needed a way to publish accurate API documentation, streamline updates, and stabilize continuous deployment and testing. Sikka adopted Postman Pro to address these challenges.

Postman implemented centralized API documentation (including a Run in Postman button), synced updates in real time, enabled a single-click import of collections and environments, and replaced Jenkins testing with Postman collections and monitors. Sikka now runs 200 Postman test cases for smoke testing, uses Postman monitors to track uptime and correctness, and reports faster identification of API build health and fewer partner-facing issues. With Postman Pro powering continuous deployment and monitoring, Sikka supports ~8M monthly calls, connects to over 96% of retail healthcare offices, and processes billions of transactions daily.
