Reputation builds a custom test automation framework on Postman

Reputation, a customer experience management platform, used Postman to support testing of its internal APIs across 150+ microservices. The engineering team had been relying on Postman’s free tier for manual sanity checks and sharing collections by email or Slack, but this approach was too limited for frequent regression testing, collaboration, and keeping up with rapid feature releases.

Reputation upgraded to Postman Enterprise and built a custom API test automation framework with Postman, Newman, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker. The team set up cloud workspaces, automated collection runs, and integrated CI/CD reporting, which improved testing processes, enabled higher-quality releases, and sped up code deployment; today, about one third of Reputation’s 160+ engineers use Postman Enterprise.
