Lucid, a market-research marketplace that runs the Fulcrum API and employs 56 engineers across London, New Delhi, and New Orleans, needed a way to support sales demos for non-developers, speed partner onboarding, and reliably QA new features throughout the sales cycle. To address this, Lucid adopted Postman—using Postman collections, the Run in Postman button, and the collection runner—to make technical consultations, onboarding, and testing accessible and consistent.

Postman enabled Lucid to demo APIs live with prospects, let partner and internal developers import the full Fulcrum collection (61 endpoints) via the Run in Postman button, and automate QA with tests and the collection runner; Lucid now maintains 21 team collections and nearly 100% test coverage on external APIs. By using Postman, Lucid reduced onboarding friction, sped up local development and smoke tests, and gained the confidence to iterate rapidly during deployments.
