Envestnet | Yodlee is a FinTech company that provides cloud-based APIs used by the majority of U.S. banks and financial advisors to serve tens of millions of consumers. Facing a huge variety of data sources (20,000+ across 15 countries) and customers with widely varying technical skills, Envestnet | Yodlee needed a way to get developers and non-technical users testing its APIs as quickly as possible, so it turned to Postman.

Postman delivered two Postman Collections (one with 63 endpoints, one with 5 endpoints) plus scripts that dynamically generate bearer tokens and store JWTs locally, letting users make test calls in under five minutes. By using Postman, Envestnet | Yodlee sped developer onboarding, simplified demos for technical and non-technical audiences, enabled quick hackathon prototyping, and increased API adoption across customers and partners.
