ChargeHub, a North American EV charging platform, needed to keep its API-driven service highly reliable while handling real-time data from many sources and strict SLAs. To support its consumer apps, partner integrations, and ChargeHub Passport, the company needed better developer productivity, stronger code quality, and less risk of downtime or inaccurate charging data. Postman helped by providing a centralized API workflow for internal and external APIs, including testing, documentation, and monitoring.

ChargeHub standardized on Postman Collections for API handoffs, used Postman Newman in its CI pipeline to run integration and regression tests on every merge, and relied on Postman API monitors for alerting and performance visibility. This reduced handoff friction, simplified work across diverse data formats, and improved release quality. The results included a 3x increase in developer productivity, smoother collaboration across teams, and more confidence in API availability and performance.
