How Randstad USA Scaled Employee Advocacy to Over 2,000 Brand Ambassadors

Randstad USA, a global leader in staffing and recruiting, needed to build a coherent social media strategy and scale a complex employee advocacy program. When Karen Pace took over social and content marketing in 2016 there was no structure, and shifting platform algorithms plus ten lines of business, 50 employee groups and 40 content topics made it difficult to reach audiences and distribute content effectively.

Partnering with PostBeyond, Randstad simplified and scaled the program—reducing groups from 50 to 12 and topics from 40 to 5, adding Enterprise Groups, newsletters and team leaderboards, and promoting social selling. The effort activated 1,500+ sharers (today supporting over 2,000 ambassadors), produced 125,000+ shares, reached 100M+ people, drove ~597,000 website clicks, 100,000+ engagements and $1.5M in earned media value.
