Nuclear Care Partners, a healthcare organization serving former Department of Energy and uranium workers, relied heavily on direct mail to educate and engage prospects, patients, and caregivers. But with their previous direct mail provider, they were limited by high minimum order sizes, inconsistent service, and weak personalization capabilities, making it difficult to run targeted campaigns for different locations and audiences.

With Postalytics, Nuclear Care Partners implemented variable data direct mail using postcards, letters, welcome kits, and other automated mailers, designed in Adobe InDesign and customized through Postalytics’ platform. The result was highly scalable, personalized lead generation across multiple campaigns per month, stronger engagement, QR code-driven responses, and more intentional targeting without mailing unnecessary volumes.
