Deako Lighting, a high-tech e-commerce company selling plug-and-play light switches, needed a better way to reach homeowners who often didn’t recognize the brand and were ignoring or unsubscribing from email. To overcome low awareness and price sensitivity, Deako looked for a way to communicate directly with homeowners at their addresses and cut through digital clutter.

Using Postalytics with HubSpot, Deako launched automated direct mail campaigns with personalized postcards, QR codes, pURLs, and offer testing. Postalytics helped them quickly run their first campaign, where a free-switch offer drove a 5% conversion rate, and the postcards outperformed email and SMS for both previously engaged and non-engaged contacts.
