Druva, a SaaS data security company, wanted to boost attendance and deepen engagement with executive-level customers at its quarterly virtual IT & Security Leaders Forum. To help solve this challenge, Druva worked with Postal and its in-house creative services team, Paper Plane, to create a more compelling event experience for busy C-suite attendees.

Postal helped Druva design a custom-branded follow-up gift kit tied to the event theme, featuring an Old Fashioned kit with premium items and a personalized thank-you note. Druva used the gift as an incentive in its event promotion and post-event follow-up, which helped increase attendance from 46% to 60%—a 14% lift—and generated 35 executive-level requests for follow-up meetings.
