Fivetran, an enterprise software/technology company, wanted to amplify an exclusive Forbes feature in a creative way to reach executive decision-makers at targeted key accounts. Working with Postal and its Paper Plane Agency, the ABM team needed an offline campaign that would make the article tangible and memorable for prospects and customers.
Postal helped Fivetran create custom-branded gift kits that included a hard copy of Forbes, locally sourced coffee, a branded clip to open the magazine to the right page, and a QR code leading to a custom landing page with a message from Fivetran’s CEO and customer video. Using Postal’s direct send and MagicLink features, plus integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase, Fivetran tracked engagement and prioritized high-intent accounts. The campaign produced an immediate $100k deal, influenced 148 opportunities, and drove $660k in influenced pipeline with nearly 5x potential ROI.
