To solve this, Regeneron built "WatchtowR," a custom Shiny application on the Posit Connect platform. This solution from Posit pulls live metrics from APIs into an interactive command center, cutting the license audit process from 22 hours to seconds. This provided engineering leaders with a single source of truth for key metrics, enabling smarter infrastructure decisions, streamlined budget forecasting, and data-driven training programs.
