Snap Finance worked with Posit PBC to tackle the challenge of maintaining and rebuilding Shiny dashboards that were difficult to hand off, customize, and standardize across teams. As they brought on new developers and needed to modernize existing BI tools, they wanted a more reproducible way to build production-ready dashboards without spending days refactoring unfamiliar code.

Posit PBC helped Snap Finance adopt a modular workflow built on {golem} with an internal wrapper package called {graveler}, alongside Posit Package Manager and Posit Connect. This standardized dashboard development, added company branding and reusable scaffolding, and made it easier to publish and test work across development and production servers. The result was less technical debt, faster dashboard creation, more consistent code reviews, and near-instant onboarding of new developers into the BI workflow.
