Bishopstown Credit Union, a community lender with over 24,000 members, faced a need to modernize retail services—members wanted 24/7 global access to cash, online account management, and better fraud and regulatory controls. Portfolio Plus delivered an integrated, real‑time platform that enabled Ireland’s first credit union debit card (usable at 26 million MasterCard locations), instant text alerts, full online banking, automated cheque and payroll reconciliation, and enhanced compliance and fraud reporting.
