Portent simplified the quote request form by removing redundant content, including a phone call CTA and pre-filled fields already completed in the prior step, then tested the changes through an A/B test. The result was a 6% increase in overall form-fill conversions, a 14% increase in mobile form fills, and a 22% increase in mobile phone call conversions, all with 0% increase in ad spend.
