VUEMME, an Italian distributor of automotive care supplies founded in 1980 with a sales network of 80 freelance reps, faced slow, manual route planning, cumbersome call reporting, many inactive prospects and limited manager visibility. Seeking a quick, easy-to-adopt solution, VUEMME evaluated and selected portatour’s route-optimization and customer data-collection tools to streamline daily rep activities and improve performance tracking.

portatour was implemented via a fast pilot (Aug–Jan) with CRM integration by API/CSV and then rolled out to the full salesforce; support and ease of use drove rapid adoption. Results included >90% of reps finding the tool useful, 74% saying it was easy to learn, 86% reporting better adherence to call intervals, 69% reporting increased turnover, and 100% praising consolidated reporting—plus reactivation of dormant customers, faster onboarding and real-time manager visibility.
