RingLogix, a white-label VoIP provider, needed to rapidly scale capacity for a call center it was donating to a COVID-19 testing site in Florida. This allowed the automated IVR system to handle the high volume of calls for scheduling tests. As a result, the city and county were able to use this high-capacity, donated service as a model for improving their COVID-19 testing operations.
