Fragrance Direct launches native shopping app in response to customers’ increasing preference for mobile

Fragrance Direct, a leading UK beauty retailer, wanted to respond to customers’ growing preference for mobile by creating a faster, more streamlined shopping experience than its mobile site could provide. To do this, the company turned to Poq and its app commerce platform, integrating the new app with Fragrance Direct’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud setup.

Poq helped Fragrance Direct launch a native shopping app quickly through its SaaS-based model, reducing duplication of effort between web and app and minimizing the need for a large in-house team. The app is now live on the App Store and Google Play, and Poq expects it to deliver immediate improvements in mobile metrics, including revenue and overall mobile performance.
