Trinity Bible College and Graduate School Strives to Realize its Vision

Trinity Bible College and Graduate School needed to replace a legacy information system that had become difficult to manage, with academic, admissions, and billing data siloed and staff forced into manual workarounds. After several staff members left, knowledge of the system also went with them, leaving the college with slow logins, scattered processes, and software that no longer supported its five-year plan.

Trinity adopted Populi to clean up its data structure and bring academics, admissions, billing, and financial aid into a more connected system. The migration helped the school rethink policies and processes, and Populi’s support team provided quick, clear responses throughout the transition. By June 2023, Trinity had grown from 150 to almost 300 campus-connected students, and the college said Populi lets it spend less time with the system and more time on results.
