Pax8, a North America-based technology company with more than 1,600 employees, used Poppulo to address two needs during a period of rapid growth: streamlining performance management and reinforcing company culture. As it expanded from 23 employees to over 300 in 2.5 years, Pax8 also needed a modern employee communications solution to help onboard new hires, promote its culture, and support engagement at scale.
Pax8 selected Poppulo’s platform, including custom KPI applications and Poppulo ENGAGE, in a phased rollout to support both sales performance and employee communications. The company uses real-time KPI screens on its sales floor, an interactive sales dashboard in its CRO’s office, and Poppulo’s Communication Engagement Management service to keep the network optimized. As a result, Pax8 is expanding its digital signage program with new applications for development and support teams, along with more employee engagement screens.
