Sycuan Casino wanted a unified digital signage content management solution that could control every display across its 90,000-square-foot property. The casino also needed strong scalability, reliability, integrations, remote deployment to all signs, live TV streaming, and remote screen control. It turned to Poppulo for an enterprise Visual Communications platform to replace its incumbent provider.

Poppulo’s platform went live at Sycuan in 2012 with 100 screens and has since expanded to 232 displays. The system now manages table game signs, dynamic menu boards, ticket redemption kiosk toppers, promotional screens, live-streamed TV, and employee communications content tied to back-office systems. The result has been a more unified team, improved daily workflows, and customer-facing screens that support guest engagement and loyalty, with Sycuan planning another expansion to include all slot toppers under one content management platform.
