Island Resort & Casino, one of the largest golf, casino, and entertainment destinations in the Midwest, had relied on digital signage for more than 6 years to engage guests and promote events and amenities. But using several digital signage systems across the casino floor, food and beverage outlets, and virtual concierge kiosks made content updates difficult, increased the management burden, and required staff to work across multiple platforms.
The casino selected Poppulo as its main digital signage provider and upgraded to FWI Cloud to simplify content, device, and user management. After a short training session, staff could upload and deploy content from desktop or mobile devices, while the Device Management Module provided live screenshots of deployed content so teams no longer had to walk the floor to check screens.
