Consolidating Digital Signage Platforms at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) needed to replace a competing digital signage platform after its existing system lacked the functionality the team wanted. ADNEC wanted improved flexibility, scalability, an intuitive interface, and the ability to manage wayfinding, informational, and meeting room applications under one platform while keeping downtime and disruption to a minimum.

Poppulo, formerly Four Winds Interactive, worked with ADNEC’s IT team to complete the transition in 24 hours with no operational disruptions and no interruption to daily operations. Poppulo also reused the venue’s existing hardware, and after a two-hour training session, ADNEC was able to manage scheduling, templates, design, and content updates across 83 screens, with the network continuing to expand.
