Paragon Software Systems worked with POPcomms to replace a collection of inconsistent, team-specific sales presentations with a single customer-centric presentation. Their challenge was to standardize messaging, make the story more relevant to buyers, and give the whole sales and marketing team a tool they could all use.
POPcomms ran a workshop, created a content slide map and storyboard, and then designed an interactive, branded presentation built around Paragon’s customers and their challenges. The result was a more persuasive and visually engaging sales presentation that could be adapted for different team members and customer needs, helping Paragon communicate its value more consistently across the business.
