Nacha, the nonprofit steward of the ACH Network, needed a way to communicate clearly amid the confusion at the start of the pandemic, when information about Economic Impact Payments was changing rapidly. Using POLITICO Pro’s reporting and trackers, Nacha quickly stayed informed about the CARES Act and Treasury’s implementation of the program, which helped it build an effective communications strategy. POLITICO Pro enabled Nacha to bring industry groups together with one voice, better support its members during the crisis, and help the ACH Network process about 120 million Economic Impact Payments, roughly 75% of the total delivered under the CARES Act.
