The vendor, Pole Star, was engaged to deliver seamless indoor and outdoor location services inside the district's existing app so that guidance wouldn't break when visitors and residents moved from streets and plazas indoors.

Pole Star implemented its NAO® Mobile solution, embedding an SDK into the Msheireb app and deploying an on-premise server to keep data local. This provided seamless wayfinding across multiple buildings, intelligent parking recall, and location analytics. The result was an effortless navigation experience for users and valuable footfall insights for the operator, with all location data remaining under Msheireb Properties' control.
