Pole Star deployed a solution using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tags on each cart, which were tracked by the airport's existing Cisco Wi-Fi infrastructure, requiring no new hardware installation. The NAO® Viewer dashboard provided live cart locations and intelligent alerts, enabling Atalian to optimize agent deployment and resolve issues proactively.
