Apollo Care, a senior living provider, faced the challenge of deploying a reliable mobile staff duress solution across its network of 12 unique facilities, each with different layouts and uneven infrastructure density. Their highly mobile, often lone workers needed protection, and the solution also had to support wireless nurse call workflows. The solution leveraged Apollo Care's existing Fortinet network infrastructure, supplemented with NAO® BlueSpots where needed, to deliver precise real-time location with every alert. Pole Star's architecture provided a single, repeatable deployment model that scaled across all 12 sites. This resulted in faster, targeted emergency response for staff and residents, while simplifying training and IT maintenance by using one platform for both critical workflows.
