Palm Coast boosts livability with Polco and drives $625,296.13 in local investment

The City of Palm Coast, Florida, sought to enhance its community livability and improve resident perceptions of local services and economic vitality. To achieve this, the city partnered with Polco to gather crucial resident feedback through The National Community Survey (The NCS).

Using Polco's data, Palm Coast implemented a targeted "Be Local, Buy Local" initiative funded by local tax dollars, which generated over $625,000. Polco's insights allowed the city to make significant improvements, including park upgrades and a new splash pad. These efforts resulted in a national Voice of the People Award for Transformation in Livability and substantially improved resident satisfaction ratings between 2017 and 2019.
